Full Employment

Full Employment has a number of definitions. For our purposes there are a number of important characteristics to Full Employment. Let's consider the most prominent ones.

  • Every person who wants a job can find one that matches his/her skill level.
  • Opportunities exist for everyone to learn more and to qualify to earn more.
  • The value of the aggregate jobs in the region continues to grow in total, as well as per capita of worker.
  • Every student has studied the different careers, and has a career plan by the end of Primary School.
