Full Employment
Full Employment has a number of definitions. For our purposes there are a number of important characteristics to Full Employment. Let's consider the most prominent ones.
- Every person who wants a job can find one that matches his/her skill level.
- Opportunities exist for everyone to learn more and to qualify to earn more.
- The value of the aggregate jobs in the region continues to grow in total, as well as per capita of worker.
- Every student has studied the different careers, and has a career plan by the end of Primary School.
